On your device. Workouts, sets, weights, personal records, and notes are saved locally and are never uploaded to an Iron Will account — because there is no account.
How do I export my data?
Use the in-app export to save your full history as CSV or JSON, then share it to Files, email, or anywhere you choose.
How do I reset everything?
Open Settings → Reset All Data. This clears the data stored locally on your device.
Do you track me?
No ads, no data selling, and no cross-app tracking. Production builds use anonymous crash and basic app-usage diagnostics only — never your workout content. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
I lost my data after reinstalling.
Because Iron Will is local-only, deleting the app removes its on-device data. Export a backup before uninstalling or switching devices.
